Ulam Labs is a software house specialized in building end-to-end products for companies, with the focus on blockchain and crypto industries, as well as fintech. This is a fast-growing space that allows us to grow with it and establish our position as it emerges.

As a Growth Hacker, you’ll join the marketing team to help us build Ulam Labs’ market position through analyzing data, identifying growth opportunities, and focusing on B2B lead generation.


Responsibilities:


  • Analyze data
    to identify strategic growth opportunities across our channels;
  • Testing different marketing channels based on our KPIs;

  • Document & report
    growth-oriented activities;
  • Working with the team to build Ulam Labs brand & generate B2B leads
  • Measuring your performance based on the quality of MQLs and SQLs your actions generate;
  • Being driven by ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) which you will help us design and research;
  • Deploying ABM tactics to attract new SQLs, accounts and increase Ulam Labs brand awareness within target market.

  • 4+ years
    of experience working with data analysis
  • Extensive SEO knowledge;
  • Knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools: Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and other;

  • English
    with great communication skills (min. B2);
  • Knowledge of different marketing channels i.e. paid search, paid social, organic SEO & social;
  • Knowledge on how to utilize content for demand generation and sales enablement.


Nice to have

  • Experience working with IT and/or crypto companies;
  • Demonstrated success running marketing programs that combine SEO, SEM, paid channels.
