What do we need from you?

For our most rapidly growing business unit Strategic Services, we are looking for the
DevOps Delivery Manager, who will be responsible for developing the service line strategy. This involves, but isn’t limited to, continuous improvement and support of the pre-sales and sales pipelines and their handover to operations; building-up and developing a team of talented engineers; customer relationship & escalation management; improving the commercial strategy, expansion of the service catalog and settlement of best practices for improved cooperation between STX Next branches and departments.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience (people, business & tech) in previous IT leadership/IT Service Management/Tech leadership roles, preferably with DevOps.
  • A proven track record in delivering multiple high-quality IT services to medium and large-sized clients.
  • Deep experience in working with budgets, cost optimization and financial targets.
  • To be familiar with trends and technologies in cloud solutions, infrastructure management and software development.
  • Hands-on experience in building and maintaining relationships with external clients and development teams.
  • Deep commitment to empowering people using Agile values.
  • Solid experience making business-impacting decisions.
  • To be a “Client-Centric” type of manager.
  • You have a strong business and analytical mindset. Experience organizing work between cross-functional, dispersed teams (internal and external) in Agile environments.
  • Experience in hiring top tech profiles.
  • Fluent English (C1).

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of DevOps. (Commercial experience)
