We are an award-winning Fintech, providing trade finance distribution, automation, securitisation service and AI-based credit analytics to major banks, asset managers and credit insurers. As we expand into the decentralised trade finance distribution space, we are looking to add a Partnership Manager with deep knowledge and experience in DeFi and cryptocurrency offerings.

Based in London, the successful candidate will manage Tradeteq’s partnerships with blockchain platforms. This includes contributing to the planning and strategy of our expansion through our partnerships, understanding and improving the partner lifecycle and continuing to support our blockchain partners in achieving growth of trading volumes and retail investors. Candidates should have a good grasp of the general crypto landscape specifically the DeFi market and how blockchain projects organise and market themselves.


Your role

  • Build, manage and grow strategic partnerships with blockchain platforms
  • Coordinate operational and promotional activities to drive DeFi partnership success
  • Project manage DeFi partner program launches around infrastructure setup and go-to-market partner support
  • Support DeFi partner by contributing to community information packets and FAQs
  • Collaborate with internal teams at Tradeteq to manage partner issue resolution
  • Define and negotiate commercial terms and conditions with new partners & renewals
  • Provide oversight over partner results and forecasting process
  • Continuously improve the business case process for new partner acquisition
  • Balance the demands of our bank and non-bank originator customers and blockchain partners to develop mutual growth plans and success


Desired skills and experience

  • A deep knowledge on DeFi and cryptocurrency, and traditional finance product offerings
  • At least 3 years’ experience in blockchain growth marketing and operations
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain-related terminologies and trends
  • Strong understanding of what drives sustainable blockchain community growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Growth focused and data driven
