Your Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced technical subject matter expert on cybersecurity, with technical selling experience on threat management, data protection and/or identity and access management solutions to technically support IBM Security product sales and help our customers to design their next generation cybersecuirty platforms.

You will be responsible for driving the client technical agenda, account architecture, and technical sales support. Accountable for driving client technical relationship and satisfaction such that clients become promoters of the IBM Security platform. You should maintain strong platform and offering knowledge, and articulate the value proposition/ROI, competitive landscape, and relevant use cases to drive sales. Also apply technical and sales knowledge to create and deliver technical proof points to assist with deal closure.

Technical skills and experience is required on threat management and security intelligence platforms/solutions. Skills on open cloud platforms (eg. containers), cloud security and programming will be a plus.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Cybersecurity subject matter expert.

Experience on threat management and threat intelligent solutions as presales in a vendor or as a technical user/responsible.

Technical skills on data protection, risk management and identity and access management

Enthusiastic and motivated to solve security customer challenges.

Technical skills and experience on cloud security and container platforms. Programming foundations.

Technical ability to deliver proof points thru hands-on demos and technical proof of concepts.


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience on IBM Security solutions (eg. IBM QRadar, IBM Resilient, IBM CloudPack for Security, IBM Guardium, IBM Verify)

Digital oriented. Used to work and leverage digital tools and active on social platforms.
