Duties and Responsibilities:

· Perform outbound calls to prospective clients with demo and live trading applications.

· Deliver prepared sales talks and scripts that describe the services offered by AAAFx with the aim to convert leads into live trading accounts.

· Consistent follow up with clients via phone calls and emails.

· To provide daily support to all the clients on Live Chat with inquiries on the trading platforms, products and funding procedures offered.

· To maintain an understanding and stay informed of the current market direction as well as key levels on popular markets and events impacting price action.

· Resolve routine and complex client inquiries, concerns and complaints via telephone, tickets and chats in a thorough and expeditious manner, utilizing sound judgement with an emphasis on courtesy.

· Familiarize with various proprietary platforms including trading systems and administrative portals in order to educate clients to align with our self-service and highly automated business model.

The ideal candidate should have/Requirements:

· Excellent customer service skills

· MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH and at least one additional language is preferred: Chinese, German, French, Italian, Spanish

· University degree in Finance, Economics, or related field will be preferred

· Minimum 2 years of financial or related experience is required

· Strong communication skills

· Previous experience in a sales/customer service environment

· Good time and task management skills
