We are looking for — Customer support representative!

Requirements:
Spanish Strong С1 level (at least writing)
English Strong B2 level (at least writing)
Ukrainian С1 level
Russian С1 level
Good communication skills
Quick studying, to be ready to work with a big amount of data
Client-based mentality
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Desire to grow in cryptocurrency knowledge

Would be a plus:
Chinese knowledge
Experience in client support
Cryptocurrency area knowledge (even on the basic user level)

Responsibilities:
Assisting clients with any product related questions
Closing tickets in one touch
Record-keeping
Team interaction
