The Customer Success Manager works closely with the Sales team and Product development team as well as the Onboarding and Support team in building strong customer relationships and improving our users’ journey.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

  • Establish and maintain a professional relationship with key clients
  • Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention
  • Upsell Coinify’s services and solution
  • Work on identifying user pain points and improve the user experience
  • Coordinate with various teams so that the customer’s expectations are met
  • Continuous assessment of a customer’s needs and business objectives
  • Feedback request to Product Development and tech

Your qualifications

  • You have previous experience in helping customers and building relationships
  • You have an understanding of basic financial products and the payments industry
  • You are fully proficient in English
  • Knowledge of the crypto industry is not a prerequisite for the right candidate
  • Flexible with work schedule, professional and punctual
