AB Tasty (www.abtasty.com) is the customer experience optimization company several times rated as one of the Best Places to Work. We help build the internet of the future by allowing brands to address their users in a personalized way. Images, messages, page structure… everything can be adapted to meet the needs, wishes, and emotions of website visitors or app users.

Upon joining AB Tasty, you will become part of our DACH Customer Success team. You will work closely with them to ensure our clients are making the most out of the AB Tasty tools. You will also gain your own client portfolio to structure successful relationships and be their main point of contact in order to manage their day-to-day requests.
You will report to the Customer Success Manager Team Leader DACH.

  • A few examples of your responsibilities*
  • Be responsible for the management of your client portfolio following implementation.
  • Help build loyalty by creating excellent relationships with clients.
  • Brainstorm and suggest Conversion Rate Optimisation experiments and personalisation campaign ideas with clients.
  • Assist clients in creating campaigns by working closely with the technical team.
  • Analyse and identify new areas for optimisation following data analysis.
  • Maximise your portfolio’s expansion while minimising churn.
  • Undertake operational and methodological training for major accounts.
  • Help the sales team with the on-boarding of new clients (proof of concepts, technical support, determining the most suitable solution for the customer, presentation of products and services).

️ What we look for

  • A bit of experience. You have a university degree in Business, Economics, IT, Digital or Marketing, with a minimum of 2-3 years working experience in a related field or as customer success/account manager for a Saas Company.
  • Passion for the field. You have a strong interest in UX, e-commerce, analytics or CRO and some knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Drive. You’re energetic, hard-working, enthusiastic, self-motivated and open-minded. You’re massively into getting results, and always aim for excellence in what you do.
  • Reasoning and depth of learning. You consider yourself as an analytical thinker who is able to translate complex data into profitable marketing plans.
  • German native speaker. Effective communication is one of the key aspects of this job. Other languages are a plus!
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory. You need to have a perfect understanding of the English language as we communicate internally in English mostly!
