Aufgaben

From day 1 you will be responsible for your customer base. You need to lay first contacts, create outbound leads yourself, pick up inbound leads and navigate customers through the established sales funnel. You will have full direct support from our best salesperson, our CEO.

You enjoy going to external events within Switzerland and abroad. You feel comfortable to network and you will pro-actively set your event agenda based on your budget.

Together with the marketing team, you create inspiring social media narratives regarding the events you attend to create value for potential customers.

You love and embrace customer feedback, collect it in a structured way in our customer-relationship-management system and share it in video calls with our CEO, product team and software developers.

You measure your success based on key performance indicators, e.g. customers won, revenues collected and cross-selling potential identified.

Qualifikation

You believe in lasting, long-term relationships with customers built on mutual trust. You know that understanding the customers’ challenges and the buyer’s journey is crucial for closing deals. You have a knack for remote work because your customers are either way not at your office.

With your strong inclination towards customer focus, you can navigate different customer sales stages. You are known for your thoughtful answers and execution speed. You have existing on-the-job experience in bank relationship management functions from leading wealth management, universal or investment banks. You are fluent in German and English. More languages are a strong plus.

Moreover, you are a team player. You can separate between achieving business objectives and being a likeable, mindful colleague.
