Experienced Sales Manager required for an Investment Sales floor. MUST understand the mechanics of Crypto.
My client has spent two years building the technology and the platform to successfully launch a Coin that has recently ICO’d. Committed to fully investing the capital raised from sales to build this unique and lucrative company, they are now ready to go the the next stage, by launching the Market Place. This is where it gets exciting!!!
The Market Place is essentially an online trading platform for luxury watches. Combining the perks of crypto and luxury assets we are streets ahead of the rest.
The ICO project is active until December, then the Market Place will go live.
- ZERO cold calling / outbound calls
- Conversations with EXISTING clients only, that have registered, and have money on account from the Coins.
Sales Manager plus Juniors
Manager must have a successful track record of running and building an alternative investment sales floor.
Knowledgeable on Cryptocurrency
Able to increase revenue through building, training and managing a team
Help build a 6-8 person sales team in Canary Wharf
Speak with existing clients and upsell the Coin then the Market Place.
Must be super sharp, responsible, reliable, extremely organised
Tech savvy, good with Excel, experienced in creating KPIs and producing reports, results driven.
Consultative selling style
Enthusiastically be willing to lead by example, show the team how its done!
Upsell existing clients
Train, motivate, inspire and build a powerful sales team
Sporadically willing to demonstrate ability and capability to close, upsell.
Responsible enough to manage big clients
No cold calling
Huge budget for advertising, including billboards in major landmarks and on the London Underground.
15% of business is UK based, huge client base in US, Netherlands, Australia, Canada = abundance of potential clients!
Hybrid role. One day a week from home.
Salary: £35k – £44k basic Plus commission on sales generated (Up to 5%) Plus an override of the teams sales OTE £100k – £120k per annum. UNCAPPED
Hours: 10am to 7pm, Monday to Friday, Work remotely once a week..
