We have been building quality products over the last 12 years, working to the highest of standards to partner with some of the biggest clubs in the world, including FC Bayern Munich, FC Barcelona and Juventus.
Building upon our close relationship with our users, we are embarking on a new frontier in the Blockchain/NFT space. Together with the most prolific companies within the NFT space we have developed a unique approach to this new exciting opportunity, bringing a sustainable approach towards growing the sports/NFT.

Objectives of this Role

    • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans
    • To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
    • Analyse project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
    • Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
    • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility with relevant creative and technical leadership
    • Ensure resource availability and allocation
    • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
    • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
    • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

Daily and Monthly Responsibilites

    • Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects
    • Structure and manage integrated, multi-track project performance databases for multiple digital, broadcast, and experiential projects, with an eye on overall progress
    • Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources—including third-party vendors and researchers
    • Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximise deliverable outputs
    • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans

Qualifications

    • Proven working experience as a project manager in the creative industry sector
    • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in creative content creation
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German, Italian or Spanish a plus)
    • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
