Taurus is the European leading digital asset infrastructure provider for banks, corporates and private companies. Using blockchain technology, its platform covers cryptocurrencies, tokenized securities, tokenized assets (such as NFTs), digital currencies, and stable coins.

We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals to support our fast global growth.

Our Marketing team mission is to grow brand awareness and revenue through inbound and outbound channels: social media, PR, events, content, search, paid marketing, mail marketing, partnerships, referral…

As the Content and communication manager, you will be in charge of content creation, its distribution, and its performance measurement as well as our internal and external communication.

You will report to the CMO and work closely with the head of demand generation and our senior leadership.


  • Lead content marketing activities covering content strategy, content creation, content distribution, content measurement
  • Accelerate content creation through editorial, videos and audios working with the relevant internal and external stakeholders (incl. tech writers management)
  • Own and drive a strategic editorial calendar focused on driving high-quality leads using white papers, case studies, demos, videos, blog, and other interactive content across each client segment (financial institutions, large brands, private companies)
  • Manage and refine the production, design, and editorial process to create a content machine that runs efficiently and develops high-quality assets.
  • Distribute content on our proprietary channels (social media, blog, website, newsletters) and 3rd party
  • Continuously improve the performance of your content by analyzing metrics and taking action to improve content strategy working with Demand Generation
  • Design & execute integrated marketing campaigns, continously fine-tune brand vis. ID across touchpoints. Extremely creative and nimble mindset, not satisfied with previous campaigns or sameness, but building consistent brand design vision that sets the standard for the space
  • Support on corporate branding (internal & external)
  • Source, onboard, and achieve great impact from selected contractors and agencies
  • Lead & coordinate events strategy (including webinars and physical events) to continuously support pipeline generation
  • Support on PR & Comms
  • Instill a culture of practice, performance, and data orientation through consistent project management across social media, web, content, and video assets.
  • Track budget & spending with quarterly reporting


A successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing execution, PR & Comms, within a B2B fintech and/or software company.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • 5+ years’ work experience in marketing in high-growth B2B company
  • A passion for blockchain-based software, financial technology are a strong plus
  • Obsessed with execution: driven to achieve goals
  • Enthusiast, proactive, and a team player
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Fluent in English; good knowledge of French. German a plus
