Compliance Officer

The FinTech startup B-CUBE.AI is building the ultimate all-in-one platform for crypto traders, driven by AI. The platform will be a global community, marketplace, and educational center for cryptocurrency traders, whether experienced or newcomers. Traders will have all the necessary tools and information on a single platform to trade and maximize their profits while minimizing their risks successfully.

The startup just raised successfully $3,2 million by making a token sale of $BCUBE token which is now listed on the Uniswap exchange. B-CUBE.AI is now looking for talents who will form the core tech team for the coming years. B-CUBE.AI is ranked among the top 17 hottest startups by Forbes Magazine in Hungary on 1st April 2021. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program
• Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them
• Draft and revise company policies
• Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses
• Evaluate business activities (e.g. investments) to assess compliance risk
• Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
• Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices
• Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance
• Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or Compliance Manager
• Experience in risk management
• Knowledge of legal requirements and controls (e.g. Anti-Money Laundering, or AML)
• Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Integrity and professional ethics
• Teamwork skills
• Attention to detail
• Master in law
• Professional certification (e.g. AMF) is a plus
