To provide legally compliant financial services, Nuri collaborates with Solarisbank AG and Solaris Digital Assets GmbH.

Nuri enables its customers to benefit from new types of financial technology and the blockchain economy by bridging the gap between the old and new financial systems. With Nuri, customers can invest in cryptocurrency directly from a bank account and earn up to 5% annual return on Bitcoin. The fintech empowers customers to benefit from new financial technology by being the bridge between the old and new financial system. Based in Berlin, Germany’s second-largest challenger bank, now serves over 200.000 customers across 32 European countries.

The brand and content team is responsible for defining and maintaining the Nuri brand and tone of voice across all channels. The team also manages brand activation, copywriting and community management.

Your mission

  • You will advocate the brand out in the wild and be constantly improving our self-service tools
  • You are actively engaging in discussions and amplify positive exchanges and conversions with the community
  • You will moderate customer complaints and concerns to ultimately solve their problems by working with different teams across the company
  • You will monitor and measure social media to see what our community is talking about and keep our reputation in check
  • Finally, you are responsible for our key metrics and data such as NPS, engagement and social listening

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed a bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or similar
  • You bring at least two or more years of work experience, e.g. from working in the financial sector, consulting firm or a (fintech) start-up
  • You have at least two years or more relevant work experience in the creative field and/or social media management
  • You gained experience admining social media accounts and community forums
  • You have a strong understanding and interest in crypto or fintech as well as a willingness to straighten knowledge
  • You like working with people and enjoy building relationships
  • You have the ability to work and communicate in a fast-paced international environment
  • You are a communicator by heart, both written and verbal with fluency in English, and native German is required for this role
