Community Manager (ADC Company)

Responsibilities:

• Build a community and increase user engagement in the community
• Manage discussions in different social media platforms, especially Discord
• Develop engaging and unique content and help diagnose and resolve issues encountered by users (f.e., moderate content and work with bloggers, influencers, etc., to increase awareness)
• Assisting the Discord community with meet-ups, AMA sessions, and other community-organised events
• Manage content creation on Discord for our NFT P2E projects

Requirements:

• Experience in community management, preferably in NFT /P2E projects
• Experience in developing communities from scratch and implementing programs for ambassadors, project advocates, and contributors
• Comprehensive understanding of the crypto / blockchain space (basic tech skills are a big plus)
• Excellent English communication and writing skills

Nice to have:

• Knowledge on DeFi, NFTs, and crypto regulations
• Basic technical skills and knowledge on how smart contracts and blockchain networks operate
• Light and nice-to-read writing style
• Being very self-organised
