We are looking for the right person to join our cross-functional agile software development team. Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Communication and Engagement Lead, you will collaborate with hiring managers, talent acquisition specialist and human resources teams to recruit and onboard candidates. As the point person between different teams involved in the recruitment process, you will lead the end to end effort for recruiting, and make sure that the hiring and onboarding process is seamless for the candidate and the hiring teams. You’ll work in a collaborative, welcoming environment where new ideas drive transformation. We work in diverse teams and value different perspectives, so you will need to be adaptive and able to present your recommendations to a broad range of stakeholders around the world.

As an Engagement Leader, you will work alongside local management and employees to create a vibrant and diverse work environment that challenges and motivates employees to develop individually and collectively within a sustainable and fun environment. This includes the organization of events which encourage growth through learning, sharing and enhancing productivity.

Job Responsibilities

  • Management of recruitment projects and related hiring services for the hiring managers and recruitment team members
  • Screen potential candidates and provide a consistent and compelling experience for the candidate throughout the recruiting process
  • Build relationships with external organizations to create opportunities for sharing, learning, hiring and collaboration.
  • Orientation and onboarding coordination with HR for new employees
  • Leading on-site and virtual initiatives to enhance employee engagement, collaboration and innovation.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience and expertise in recruiting, interviewing, project management and event organization
  • Strong communication skills across both physical and digital settings
  • Experience working across organization layers and coordinating between various teams to get the job done
  • Ability to conduct various types of interviews/screenings (in person, online, phone)
  • Understanding of human resources policies and practices

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar
  • Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Site Engagement leader or similar
  • Experience with recruitment, employment, compensation, benefits, pay administration, and other related organizational policies, practices, procedures, and/or regulations.
  • Experience of Project Management
  • Relevant HR Certifications
