My client a global litigation boutique with offices in London are hiring for an experienced commercial litigator. This firm have an office in London where they operate at the forefront of the market dealing with cutting edge work in complex commercial litigation and cross border disputes.

The team is led by a handful of partners who are highly recommended for their specialisms in the Legal 500 and they are looking to take on a further lawyer either at senior associate level or at associate level to work with them on their hugely exciting work in ground breaking litigation. This role will initially be fixed term contract but will very likely become permanent if the role goes well.

You will need to be UK qualified and have at least 3 years experience of litigating in UK firms. You will also need to have experience in managing the entire disclosure process. The partner you will be assisting is running very large international litigation and is experienced in a wide litigation matters including financial disputes, breach of contract and joint-venture disputes, technology disputes, corporate and shareholder actions, large value civil fraud claims, internal corporate investigations, competition litigation and international judgement enforcement. Ideally they are also looking to take on someone with a skill-set in international work – complex commercial litigation such as disputes across a broad range of sectors, including matters arising out of or related to commodities, cryptocurrencies, banking and finance, intellectual property, real estate, energy, and shipping and international trade.

This role might perhaps also suit someone who has originally qualified as a barrister and worked at niche firms specialising in high-value international litigation and arbitration.
