By combining insurance with the latest security features, Coincover is the first and only service to guarantee digital funds will not be lost or stolen. Coincover significantly reduces risk and makes digital currency investments simple, safe and secure for retail and business customers.
Founded in 2018 in with the aim of making owning cryptocurrency safer and more accessible, we are a Cardiff-based fintech / insurtech start up operating in a global market– and you will be in at the beginning, working with us to change the way people accumulate, hold and manage their cryptocurrency.

About The Role
As Product Marketing Manager you’ll be responsible for key aspects of go-to-market and customer journey for your products. As part of the product team working with the Chief Product Officer you will help shape the voice of the product from determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization, to external communications. You’ll help shape the voice of the product and help deliver it to the market.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for pipeline contribution through dedicated marketing activities and programs targeting our key customer segments.
You will be collaborating with the Coincover Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams. You must be able to understand and translate technical products and ideas into compelling propositions and messaging.
To succeed in this role you must be adept at generating high-impact ideas, clearly prioritise workloads, manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion.

What You’ll Be Doing
As Product Marketing Manager you will be responsible for delivering acquisition objectives across our entire target audiences and will help accelerate growth through high value customers.
Develop insights-led propositions, strategies and piloting go-to-market initiatives to accelerate acquisitions.
Interpret market, competition, and user requirements in depth in order to translate the benefits into simple and intuitive propositions that demonstrate customer value.
Owning messaging and positioning for your audience
Telling a consistent benefit –driven story and Coincover narrative
Differentiating your products and bringing them to life, clearly and consistently across channels and regions
Shape the product messaging and go-to-market strategy for the Coincover suite of Protection products.
Track and analyse the performance of our products and incorporate key learnings into your product marketing optimisation strategies.
Launch new products and features, testing their performance, and iterate around messaging and positioning quickly.
Build the customer lifecycle program using data to identify customer journeys, gaps, and opportunities, including goals, strategies, identify data/insights gaps, and build forecasts to drive measurable incremental growth and/or product engagement to improve customer experiences.
Develop strategies that move customers through lifecycle phases across multiple channels.
Manage relationship with Marketing and Product stakeholders, including goals and priorities alignment, content strategies alignment, new opportunities identification, target audience segmentation, and key performance indicators.
What sort of person we need
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Product Management or Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
Highly data driven to the point of obsessive.
A strong aptitude for technical analysis and product positioning and messaging.
Experience in marketing and managing software products in high growth, competitive or fast-moving consumer facing industries.
Well organised, structured, logical thinker who loves problem-solving.
Proactive with the ability to use your initiative, provide innovative thinking and ideas, and function effectively in highly dynamic and unstructured environment.
Interest in, and passion for, technology and customer experience.
A keen interest in fintech and insurtech
Experience in or passion for Bitcoin, Ethereum, cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies.
Self- improver who wants to learn, reads constantly and loves to pass on their knowledge to others.

We would love to see you in our office with the rest of the team a few days a week or a couple of times a month when restrictions once again allow, so you need to be willing to commute to Cardiff.
