Overview

HENI is an international arts services business working with leading artists and estates across publishing, printmaking, digital, film, and art research. We focus on the individual artist and their work, offering art services including printing and reproduction, digital management, events, mounting, logistics, fine art photography, an online art trading platform, and cryptoart using our NFT ecosystem.

The Role

HENI is continuing to grow and expand – with the increase in clients and variety of services, we are looking to create a new Client Services team which will support HENI and its group companies. This includes HENI Editions and NFT collections on the Palm blockchain.

As a Client Services Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with clients. You will assist with queries from clients and handle any issues efficiently. This will require understanding around NFTs, digital wallets such as MetaMask, and blockchain technologies.

We are seeking someone who is organised, proactive, and driven to get things done. The remit of the role is fairly broad, requiring a flexible mindset and willingness to pick up new tasks.

This role can be worked remotely currently but ideally you would be willing to be based in our central London offices for part of the week when appropriate.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to clients and handling enquiries in a friendly, calm, and professional manner
  • Maintaining strong client relationships through regular contact and providing excellent service consistently
  • Processing orders, investigating and resolving any issues, and updating clients as appropriate
  • Working closely alongside our Logistics team and Sales team, ensuring a smooth customer journey
  • Managing both internal and external stakeholders
  • Capturing client information and understanding their requirements, ensuring records are continually maintained and updated
  • Occasionally required to work overtime or on weekends depending on the drops plan; this will be communicated ahead of time and compensated accordingly.
  • Other ad hoc support activities as required

Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate profile:

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer support or client services roles
  • Excellent communication skills through email and telephone manner
  • Ideally have strong technical understanding around blockchain and NFTs
  • Be very organised, able to juggle priorities, and keep pace without supervision
  • Be happy following direction as well as working autonomously under their own initiative
  • Be self-motivated and willing to the extra mile for clients.
  • An interest in art would be advantageous but not mandatory
