In such an exciting time to join a fast-paced and rapidly growing events team, you will be instrumental in supporting the expansion of our events as the business evolves and elevates our offering across 2022 and beyond.

We are opening a unique opportunity at Tech Circus for an outgoing, hard-working Campaign Executive, to lead the growth of our Web 3.0 community and events.

ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES

  • Build your personal knowledge of Web 3.0 – conduct research and share with the wider marketing team, utilising findings to create original content on industry updates.
  • Co-own the Campaign Strategy with the Creative Marketer and proactively lead marketing for the Web 3.0 team’s events.
  • Strategise the posts and campaigns through an integrated creative marketing campaign
  • Work closely with our Creative Director on promoting and improving our brand
  • Build weekly events reporting – including engagement stats and campaign ROI versus targets, through to sponsor, speaker and attendee feedback
  • Collect and use data (i.e, attendee feedback) to inform new event strategy, and campaigns, reporting proactively to the director and team in concise reports.
  • Strategise with the wider marketing team – mapping out company targets and the company marketing strategy
  • Work closely with the content, partnership and community teams to identify reactive updates on the event and speakers
  • Build a relationship with partner and speaker marketing teams – ensuring the delivery of their partnership throughout and strategising in line with the client to tie it into our strategy.
  • Post Event Strategy & Aftercare – Identifying top content to develop videos, interviews, posts etc are we going to focus on sharing post-event.
  • Utilise marketing tools like Click Up, Metricool, Salesflow, Salesforce to ensure campaigns and data are well tracked and planned.
  • Budget Planning based on Internal Event and Market Research

CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Graduate degree (or similar relevant qualifications)
  • Deep passion for technology, in particular around Web 3.0, Blockchain, NFTs and the Metaverse
  • Outstanding organisational skills, in order to manage the curation of multiple events concurrently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong proactive networking skills
  • Competence using Google Suite – Gmail/sheets/docs/calendar
  • Outgoing and likeable – strong relationships person
  • Confident team player, working with internal teams – sales (delegate and sponsorship), Marketing and Operations to ensure timely delivery of events
  • Able to attend events both online and in-person (on a rota with other members of the team)
  • Experience in website content management (preferred)
