Kryha is a Web3 Lab based in Amsterdam, working to accelerate our transition to trusted, accessible and human-centred decentralised technology. Across our collaborations with brands, developers and protocols, we build shareable tools and worthwhile applications for and with the communities involved.
We believe that Web3 will bring meaningful change to the world, and that’s why we’re working to make that happen. You’ll join a welcoming team and dive right into the world of NFTs, DeFi, Zero-Knowledge Proofs, gaming, traceability, and more. About this role
As Kryha continues to grow, we are working to professionalise the operational side of our company. We believe in calmness, clarity, and consistency in everything we do, and bringing this approach to the core of our organisation will establish a foundation for the meaningful work we strive to create every day.
The Business Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in this process. You will be responsible for key aspects of the business side of our operations, such as predictability, profitability and reporting of our programs and projects. In addition to these daily duties, you will take on operational improvement projects and lead them from identification to implementation. As such, you will be the connecting force between our project teams and our business leadership.
As a versatile team player with an innate can-do mentality ‘jack of all trades’, you will work alongside team members who focus on general aspects of our daily business operations such as IT, business control, and HR. Led by the Managing Director, you will become a crucial part of a team of gutsy, driven, and open-minded people who all strive for an operational process that runs like clockwork.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee budgeting, revenue forecasting, and resources planning, and providing insights and advice to relevant team members
- Manage our operational toolset (Productive, Exact online, etc) and make improvements along the way
- Improve key operational processes that contribute to our strategic and operational objectives
- Implement smart and simple policies that help professionalise our organisation and create clarity for all involved
- Analysing our commercial data to improve profitability
- Lead our weekly project control meeting as your podium to bring all things together
About you:
- Bright thinker and a driven doer, able to envision what improvement looks like and execute on it
- At least 3 years of experience in business operations management or a related field, preferably in an agency business
- Autonomous, self-directed, investigative, and responsible
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Able to build consensus among directors, managers, and team members
- Sufficient understanding of general finance and budgeting
- Ambition to grow into a leading role in operations of a technology scale up

What’s next?
It’s important for us that you’re comfortable and get all the clarity you need during the interview process. After applying, we aim to get back to you within 1-2 weeks. After we get back to you, our interview process takes 2-3 weeks depending on everyone’s availability, but we’re flexible if you have a different timeline in mind.
Please, note that this role is a full-time position in Amsterdam. It will require a relocation in case you live outside of The Netherlands.
