We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager with unparalleled energy and a passion for blockchain. You will be at the very forefront of our business and bring your expertise to the table, forging powerful strategic partnerships and alliances. Ideally, you are based in Stockholm or other cities in Europe.

In This Role, You Will:
- Explore potential sales of our tech/art services to other companies.
- Offer sales of our marketing services to other game/web3 companies.
- Manage partnerships with other web3 projects/investors (Blocklords mainly)
- Drive sustainable financial growth for our business
- Develop powerful growth strategies focused both on financial gain and client/partner/investor satisfaction, measured by results defined by value/monetary growth.
- Conduct research to identify new business development opportunities and growth propositions
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and close deals
- Promote our amazing brands and address target markets
- Create organized tracking charts of all ongoing business relationships and how we can further monetize existing and new clients/partners/investors
- Forge strong long-term relationships with new and existing partners/investors
- Collaborate closely with our marketing & growth team and introduce them to our partners on a regular basis
Our Champion Requires:
- 3-5+ years of proven/demonstrable working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or relevant role
- Proven track record of successful business development in technology, gaming, and/or blockchain companies
- Experience in relationship management and measurement of success thereof.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Market knowledge in the fields of technology, gaming, and/or blockchain
- Excellent people, negotiation and communication skills
- Time management, planning and reporting/measurement skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field
- Fluent English
- Experience working in a startup
- Knowledge of blockchain/web3
- Bilingual (English and Chinese)
