Our client is a young consulting company that focuses on Transaction Banking and Corporate Treasury. They have a clear ambition: become the reference in our domain. In almost 8 years, our company has grown to 80 employees with offices in Europe (Brussels, Paris and Luxemburg) and Asia (Singapore and Kuala Lumpur).

Their clients are both banks and corporates who are operating in a multinational context and are looking for expertise in a domain where expertise is hard to find.

What your missions would be?

You will join our Belgian team of 24 people and will be in charge of the development of your own portfolio of clients and prospects.

Upon your arrival, you will benefit from a dedicated training on the consulting business and sales techniques.

You will receive detailed briefings on our prospects and clients, so that you fully understand their business (ambitions, challenges, organizational model, principal targets, history,…). This training will provide you with the necessary tools and confidence to allow you to work independently and continue to develop your portfolio.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Analyze the market potential, identify strategic focus points and define an action plan to support it;
  • Create and maintain the client relation over the complete sales cycle (prospection, setup of commercial meetings, co-creation of commercial offers, animation of events with clients and prospects,…);
  • Manage the incoming call for tenders end to end (assessment of the need, creation of commercial proposals, prepare and manage client meetings, participate in the negotiation process until deal closure).
