Your Role and Responsibilities
You will be a part of a professional, multinational team of expert colleagues that help clients across CEE to adopt cutting-edge technologies and transform their IT landscapes and businesses. You will have a unique opportunity to work with leading companies across the region representing industries such as Banking, Telco, Public, Travel and Transportation, Oil&Gas.

You will work closely with IBM Sales Representatives, Architects, and Delivery specialists sharing your expertise and learning the most demanding technologies from others, and developing your skills in Hybrid Cloud, Kubernetes, DevOps, Integration, AIOps and other domains.

You will get the chance to use contemporary technologies and approaches to design, develop, test, and deliver solutions. You will learn how to apply a user-centric approach to ensure all features add value for the user and achieve the desired client impact and understand the nuances of different cloud solutions (hybrid, public, private, multi-cloud, on-premise) and implications for solution design.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Demonstrate a growth mindset and continuous learning; stay current on IBM strategies and offerings with understanding of technical principles of Docker and Kubernetes
  • Use DevOps engineering practices and methods to plan and create software applications
  • Employ IBM’s Design Thinking to create products and services that provide a great user experience along with high performance, security, quality, and stability; ensure that the implemented solutions are unit tested and ready to integrate in products
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills combined in an Agile process
  • Help in Engineering solutions in areas such as cloud foundation, cloud services, cloud management applications, machine learning, computational linguistics, natural language processing and security applications

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Basic knowledge of various cloud solutions (hybrid, public, private, multi-cloud, on-prem)
  • Experience in design and implementation of automated cloud solutions
  • Ambition to take personal end-to-end responsibility for assigned tasks and projects
  • English language

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Hands-on software engineering experience
  • Experience in client facing role building strong, collaborative relationships
