Blockchain Product Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop the product roadmap in conjunction with technical and business leaders across the organization.

• Create user profiles and needs to help guide product planning.

• Manage the UI/UX design process with designers and front end developers.

• Collect & process product feedback from users

• Talk to project partners to understand developer needs for the organization’s ecosystem.

• Help with use case development for novel technologies developed by organization

• Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Community teams to build and execute product/feature release/roll-

out plan

Requirements

• 1+ year experience within a blockchain or DeFi company

• Familiar w/ Hardhat, Truffle, etc.

• Ability to communicate goals clearly and rally the team behind them

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written

• Structured, process-driven with a curious and nimble mindset

• Familiar w/ Hardhat, Truffle, etc.

• Understanding of blockchain architecture and distributed systems, especially Ethereum

• Knowledge of the Ethereum and DeFi ecosystem:

smart contracts, web3 gateway, block explorers, wallets
