Location: Singapore, China or Remote

About the Role & Company: Our client is a Decentralised Exchange (DEX) trading protocol focuses on the order book, secured by Ethereum. They employ a Decentralised Autonomous Organisation (DAO) structure, which has complete control over its treasury and offers a range of other features that make transactions more informed and faster. Their goal as a next-generation DEX is to democratise decentralised exchange trading by making it more mainstream and accessible.

What You Will Do:

  • Guarantee the efficient functioning and accessibility of cloud infrastructures.
  • Implement and manage Docker/Rancher clusters for deployment and operation purposes.
  • Establish and sustain multiple blockchain nodes, encompassing Ethereum L1/L2.
  • Collaborate closely with the Development team to enhance CI/CD workflows.
  • Supervise, prevent, and resolve incidents spanning infrastructure, security, and application logic, while continuously learning and improving system security, performance, availability, and scalability.

What You Bring:

  • Possessing over 2 years of professional expertise as a DevOps Engineer.
  • Demonstrating a strong interest in blockchains and Decentralized Finance (DeFi).
  • Essential qualifications include proficiency in Docker and AWS.
  • Skilled in automating CI/CD processes.
  • Well-versed in Rancher/Kubernetes architecture and components, with extensive experience in deploying, operating, monitoring, optimizing, and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in various DevOps toolsets, such as shell scripting and Python.
  • Additional knowledge of Docker runtime and Linux kernel is advantageous.
  • Comfortable working in an Agile environment.
  • Strong command of English and Chinese languages for effective communication and documentation purposes
