Responsibilites:

    • Expand strategic partnerships and maintain existing relationships with partners in Southern Europe
    • Explore new business opportunities and strategic initiatives aligned to the road map of the company
    • Proactively reach out to new potential local partners in the region, knowing the whole business picture to negotiate the business terms effectively and successfully onboard the partners
    • Drive business growth through partnerships and strategic agreements from A to Z to increase market penetration, user acquisition, revenue, and other relevant metrics
    • Co-develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products
    • Leverage our ecosystem to deliver impactful partnerships with global & local corporates (e.g. Pay/Card, NFT, BNB Chain, fiat partners, brokerage, distribution partners)
    • Improve client UX through partnerships that enhance or complement product offering
    • Work with Product BUs to drive roadmap based on ROI
    • Identify strategic opportunities for investment w/ partner prospects; support Binance Labs where appropriate
    • Collect first-hand market insights, regularly provide user feedback, and coordinate with other teams to drive market / community expansion
    • Create programs and find repeatable channels that reach and activate new users
    • Build a strong brand name and presence in the local blockchain / cryptocurrency community

Requirements:

    • At least 5 years relevant business development experience – block chain industry work experience is essential
    • Proficient in English & Italian and/or Spanish
    • Proven track-record delivering impactful partnerships
    • Strong product acumen
    • Creative thinker
    • KPI driven; focus on ROI
    • Analytical & methodical
    • Capabilities of developing local markets independently
    • Great relationship management skills, able to communicate with cross-functional teams including product, technology, and operation
    • Resourceful and relentless
    • Strong passion in growing the blockchain community is highly preferred
