Role: Bar Raiser

Unit: Operations

Role Mission: Every new LATOKEN teammate raises the bar.


  • Story: LATOKEN needs the best available international talent to grow to the ultimate goals: to become the first wallet with >1bn users & to pass the intermediate one on a way to IPO at NASDAQ.

  • Goal:
    Candidates approved by bar raisers end up in the top 50% of the relevant sport tables.

  • How:
    Conduct interviews to recruit outstanding talent, ensure best-in-class onboarding materials, focus teammates with clear roles and enforce Up or Out with relevant stretching main numbers and OKRs.

  • Conditions:
    Work closely with HMs and HRBPs to provide an example of being logical, transparent, creative, motivated and endurant.

Main performance number: Share of approved candidates in the first 50% of the relevant sport tables.
Second performance number: Share of candidates who accepted the offer.
Third performance number: Share of hired teammates who were fired within first three months.


  • Hire : Interview and score candidates for LATOKEN jobs: Logical, Transparent, Creative, Motivated, Endurant + score offers.

  • Coach :
    Train LATOKEN Talent growth and Hiring managers to deeply assess the candidate’s characters and skills (transfer skills & knowledge on CV analysis and interviewing).

  • Onboard :
    Help LATOKEN Talent growth and Hiring managers to build and continiously improve the best-in-class onboarding process: score onboarding videos and other materials.

  • Define Roles :
    Together with Hiring Managers define Role Missions, Performance Numbers, Functions, and Tasks – all is needed for the role – grandma clear and MECE.

  • Set up OKRs :
    Together with Hiring Managers define OKRs – champion-challenging, MECE and covering all priorities.

  • Optimize/ Focus HR :
    Increase conversion of highly-potential candidates through effective Signal Hire use, email blast and other HR tools. Ensure recruiters target and supply the right candidates as Roles are well defined.

  • Develop
    : Suggest solutions based on industrial and functional expertise to solve the key tasks of the MegaUnit so that to help team decission be aligned with MegaUnit mission.

Requirement skills and experience:

  • Conducted 50+ hiring interviews for a global top-tier Consulting (Big 3), Investment Banking or High-tech company.
  • Payments, Trading, Blockchain or other Fintech experience is a plus.
