Tribe47 was born out of passion and a market need. After leaving her position as a Senior Partner at MindValley – one of the biggest online publishing houses in the personal growth industry – Ewa Wysocka started connecting with entrepreneurs who were looking to grow their businesses online. Her discovery was that a lot of passionate founders lack the digital marketing know-how, which stops them from growing their business to its fullest potential.

With a mission to solve this issue, Ewa decided to start a company that will provide both – digital marketing strategy and execution needed for growth. Because an excellent execution requires an excellent team, we dedicated (and still do) a lot of effort and financial investment into coaching our troops – now consisting of almost 40 in-house specialists.

As a B2B Marketing Specialist you’ll be responsible for:

  • execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns with a use of multiple platforms and tools (with a focus on lead generation campaigns)
  • generating multiple qualified leads for our services
  • digital marketing automation tools and activities, so be ready to handle f.e. Active Campaign, Hubspot or Klaviyo.
  • setting up alongside Head of Growth Tribe47’s short term and long term sales KPIs
  • execution of long-term marketing strategy to achieve company sales KPIs
  • building strong brand awareness and recognition of Tribe47 company and services
  • working closely with Head of Growth and our excellent Tribe47 marketers to create effective sales and digital marketing funnels
  • analysis and preparing reports and recommendations on the performance of digital marketing campaigns
  • working closely with our sale, marketing and management team

To become our B2B Marketing Specialist you should:

  • have at least 1 year of an experience in a similar role (in a service-based company, especially global-oriented will be an asset)
  • have a wide and hands on experience in B2B marketing
  • be familiar with LinkedIn channel and knows how to use its full potential for effective B2B marketing
  • speak both English and Polish (other languages will be an assets)
  • understand or working knowledge about marketing and sales funnels and experience with creating elements of such funnels
  • have experience with campaign setting on advertising platforms (especially LinkedIn)
  • have working knowledge or experience with email marketing and automation tools (f.e. Active Campaign, Hubspot, Klaviyo, Zappier, Get Response, Leadpages etc.)
  • Responsibility, high communication skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn;
  • Fluent English & Polish;
  • Growth-hacking approach and go-getter attitude for scaling, getting stuff done, innovation and quality deliverables using digital project management tools (f.e. Click Up)
  • A sense of humor cause work is more fun when you can laugh with the people you work with 🙂


What will we teach you during the first 3 months?

  • Understanding of the digital sales funnel 3.0 in theory and practice.
  • Getting the data approach to marketing! You will definitely dive deeper into Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Becoming a master of B2B digital marketing, who excels in project management and thrive for high effectiveness
  • Integrating the psychological and technical aspects of digital marketing. This is uncommon skill – trust us on this 😉

  • Salary 7.000 – 11.000 PLN gross (or more – all based on your experience).
