Your Role and Responsibilities

We are currently seeking experience SAP Associate Partner to join our growing practice. You will be responsible for the ongoing identification, development, and assessment of business opportunities to grow and maintain pipeline across all industries in the UK, including strategic outsourcing with key accounts. You will develop extensive executive and senior management relationships in client organizations with the aim of being viewed as trusted advisor.

You will work pro-actively within the overall SAP UKI Growth team executing on its strategic objectives and targets; aligning to and integrating IBM’s overall hybrid cloud and cognitive enterprise market leading offerings.

You will use the full capabilities of the IBM Corporation to create, articulate, and sell an innovative and compelling buying vision and value proposition so that executives clearly realize the financial benefits and transformational value to their business offered by a relationship with IBM. This is a unique opportunity for a talented and proven professional to join a growing practice focused on how cognitive technologies can enable the digital reinvention of business.

Responsibilities:
Help IBM client’s structure/organize/right-size their businesses, improve performance, and become increasingly competitive and profitable.

Develop innovative SAP client propositions representing the rapidly changing market.

As part of the UKI SAP Management team to continually help build/grow a successful Global consulting practice for IBM

Understand our client’s strategic needs, short and long-term business objectives and then articulate and formulate proposals and statements of work which are aligned

Participate in envisioning future industry trends and strategic technology domain solutions

Build and maintain relationships with and advise various levels of stakeholders, up to and including C-Level

Establish client value propositions that tie key strategic, financial, and operational metrics directly to near and long-term business improvement.

Contribute to external eminence of IBM and SAP Practice through conferences and seminars

ReferSAP

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Extensive experience in a Management Consultancy environment and sales capacity centered around SAP sales and with some delivery experience.

Extensive experience in an SAP technology sales environment with specific focus on S/4 HANA including the various migration strategies to drive client transformations.

Experience and track record for defining and selling deals to leverage the latest SAP market offerings including how to leverage the relevant cloud platform options with SAP or other hybrid cloud offerings.

Track record of success in a multi-stakeholder environment and experience of leading the sale of multiple business transformation

Experience and track record to develop sales teams to grow their capabilities

Proven ability to understand market and industry trends to predict market changes and needs to align key offerings to address the market demands.

Proven track record to develop and utilise c-level client relationships to build new client engagements.
