Hartley People are currently recruiting an Affiliate Retail Manager to join our client’s busy team. As an Affiliate Retail Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our client’s affiliate program, expanding their network of retailers, and promoting sustainable practices worldwide. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive retail strategy aligned with segment priorities, ensuring measurable outcomes and establishing an implementation plan.
  • Collaborate with online and offline retailers to drive business growth and enhance brand presence.
  • Establish and nurture affiliate partnerships with retailers, optimising promotional activities and driving revenue generation.
  • Track and analyse the performance of the retail business, identifying key areas for improvement and adjusting priorities accordingly.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of releases, marketing materials, and content to maximise retail impact.
  • Monitor industry trends and evolving marketing practices, incorporating innovative approaches to stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of retail strategy and execution.
  • Previous experience working with affiliates, and developing successful partnerships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, providing a solid foundation for retail management.
  • In-depth expertise in blockchain and cryptocurrencies, showcasing a genuine passion for the industry.
  • Familiarity with deep linking methodologies to optimise user experiences and drive conversions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and creative resources simultaneously, meeting deadlines and achieving results.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional organisational skills, capable of working independently and proactively.
