We are looking for a part-time Administrative assistant to provide support for private and institutional clients in English and German.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance of secretarial and administrative duties for the Directors: scheduling of appointments, meetings & booking rooms;
- Support the agenda management, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts;
- Manage document collection, editing, preparing & filing as required;
- Process quotes & invoices, maintaining financial records;
- Follow up on relevant issues and inform the Directors;
Requirements:
- Experience with administrative tasks;
- Excellent competency with MS Excel and Powerpoint;
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written form;
- Fluent in English and German (Spanish and/or Portuguese are a plus).
