Job Description

  • Support digital teams & partners to Identify and complete technical requests (tickets & direct contacts)
  • Identify and manage incidents & issues (tickets & direct contacts)
  • Help Digital teams & external partners to automate the integration and the deployment of websites
  • Design, maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines
  • Monitor, analyse and resolve incidents using monitoring/logs tools
  • Create & maintain miscellaneous dashboards, mainly related to monitoring
  • Administration operations on databases (users, access, databases creation, dump/restore, scripts execution)
  • Manage websites configuration (DNS management, SSL certificates requests, load balancers setup…)
  • Support on Atlassian software (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Crowd)
  • Contribute to Linux Server patching sessions (OS updates)


  • High-level knowledge of digital ecosystem (trendy languages, solutions, methodologies…)
  • Solid technical knowledge of web environments principles (SSL certificates, DNS, CDN, Load balancers, Web Servers, Databases)
  • Familiar with CI/CD(application lifecycle management, automation…)
  • Troubleshooting proficiency
  • Confirmed Linux User
