Why Coinhouse needs you?

To support our growth, we are looking for an Account Manager to strengthen our “Private Banking” activity and making sure to help our key investors to make the most out of cryptos.

It is a fast-paced role that fits high-energy, data and performance-oriented people, ready to build the crypto bank of tomorrow.


This is what we need from you

Our Sales team is at the forefront of this mission: they educate investors about Coinhouse products and help our clients make the most out of Coinhouse’s platform and services, whether it’s buying, selling or staking cryptocurrencies, or benefiting from our investment services.

Structuration (hand-to-hand with your manager):

  • Design our crypto private bank approach and set up all the sales materials needed.
  • Improve these offers by working closely with Research, Marketing, Product and Sales teams.
  • Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes (CRM and tools).
  • Co-own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business
  • Refine customer segmentation and create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell processes.

Sales:

  • Grow and nurture a portfolio of customers by understanding their goals and need
  • Give customers a best-in-class experience in their crypto investments
  • Identify high-value customers through inbound/outbound prospecting campaigns and close them
  • Manage clients onboarding according to KYC/AML procedures
  • Represent Coinhouse with integrity and professionalism at all times in all written and oral communications


And Who are you?

After a minimum of two experiences on a sales role , you have a strong interest in Crypto, blockchain and DeFi domains .

  • You are service-minded and multi-tasking
  • You have excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • You are pragmatic and result-oriented
  • You have the ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into process requirements, and ensure business impact
  • You are native in French and fluent in English

Nice to have : Enthusiasm, fun and smile. This might be the single most important point, even if it’s the last.


Processus

  • First call with Paul, our hiring Manager ( 45 min)
  • 2nd interview with the current team (Acquisition Manager, Customer Success)- 45 min
  • Test and presentation to a panel of team members
  • Last interview with Romain, our CRO ( 1 h )
