Why Coinhouse needs you?

To support our growth, we are looking for an Account Manager to strengthen our “Private Banking” activity and making sure to help our key investors to make the most out of cryptos.

It is a fast-paced role that fits high-energy, data and performance-oriented people, ready to build the crypto bank of tomorrow.


This is what we need from you

Our Sales team is at the forefront of this mission: they educate investors about Coinhouse products and help our clients make the most out of Coinhouse’s platform and services, whether it’s buying, selling or staking cryptocurrencies, or benefiting from our investment services.

Lead generation:

  • Prospect among our customer database to identify high potential clients
  • Launch new initiatives to collect, qualify and close new clients
  • Identify customer needs and collaborate with Account Managers and other internal team

Lead Closing:

  • Take care of our clients during their first investment by offering more details about our products and services
  • Perform platform and mobile application trainings for our premium clients

Portfolio management:

  • Be responsible for our different premium channels by offering Coinhouse services and knowledge to our Premium clients
  • Provide operational oversight of the business to reach targets and KPIs


And Who are you?

  • You are service-minded and multi-tasking
  • You are an effective team worker
  • You are pragmatic and result-oriented
  • You have the ability to take initiatives, suggest new business ideas and process improvements
  • You are native in French and proficient in Spanish or Italian

Nice to have : Enthusiasm, fun and smile. This might be the single most important point, even if it’s the last.


Processus

  • First call with an Account Executive ( 45 min)
  • Interview with Paul, your new manager ( 1 h )
  • Test and presentation to a panel of team members
